CANADIAN SHIPPING RATE - FLAT RATE PER ITEM shipping of $10.95 to Canada.


Orders are shipped in the order they were received Monday - Friday from our warehouse in Frisco, TX. Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of receiving an order except for orders received over the weekend.  You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been submitted successfully along with the order number for your records. You will receive another email notification once your order has shipped which will include your tracking number.

We do not ship orders on federal holidays and the following days:

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. All orders sent back to us as 'Undeliverable' by USPS will be refunded to the buyer within 5 business days. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.



We strive to ensure all our products are shipped in good working condition and are non-defective. However, if you receive an item that appears to be in non-working condition, please contact us upon receiving the product so we can help you troubleshoot issues you are experiencing. The quickest way to contact us is to login to your account and click on My Account then click on View Messages to send us a message. Or you can contact us by clicking on 'Contact Us' and fill out the form.

We have a 30-day return policy. We cannot send you a replacement, issue store credit, or issue refunds:

  • for products damaged due to user error
  • for products that have been purchased for more than 30 days
  • for products that are not shipped back to us within 7 days upon receiving an RMA
  • for products that were purchased via special pricing/bulk discount

If your product is in fact defective, please login to your account and submit a Return Request. Upon approval, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to the email address we have on file for you. Please include the RMA with product and it's original packaging and any accessories. We encourage you to use a shipping method with tracking information and retain the tracking number for your tracking purposes. To ensure you receive a replacement, store credit or refund, all defective item(s)  should be shipped back to us within 7 days upon receiving the RMA.

All defective products received in our returns department will be tested to ensure it is indeed defective prior to sending out a replacement, issuing store credit or issuing a refund. If product is found to be non-defective and was damaged due to user error, a replacement product will not be sent and store credit or refund will not be offered. 

Because there we offer free domestic shipping and returns there is a cost associated with processing returns, a 20% partial refund will apply to all returns that was not a result of our error. This will be deducted from your refund.

To submit a Return Request:

  • Login to your account at
  • Click on 'My Account' at the top of the page
  • On the right hand side under Manage Your
    Account, click on 'Completed Orders'
  • Under your order, click on 'Return Item(s)'
  • Select quantity you would like to return
  • Select Return Reason
  • Select Return Action

** Shipping cost is non-refundable unless it was our error.

** Please allow up to 48 hours for your return request to be reviewed and approved and to receive your return shipping label via email.



We have a 30-day return period for our products.  All manufacturers warranties are null and void.
